Dr. Philip H. Clark
Dr. Philip A. Clark was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas and graduated from Sylvan Hills High School. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and his doctorate in optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He furthered his education with Pennsylvania College of Optometry, after which he received his optometric physician licensure. He enjoys hiking, golf and tennis and is married to Gracie Stokes-Clark.

Chrystal Minton
Chrystal performs the final checkout at the end of your visit, makes referrals to the appropriate eye specialist on behalf of Dr. Clark and pre-appoints our patients for their next visit. She will answer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member to take care of patient needs. Chrystal has one daughter, Sadie.

Shelly Hall
Shelly is an ophthalmic tech and optical dispenser who is experienced in all aspects of medical testing for diseases affecting the eyes, refracting and contact lens instruction. She will show you how to update your look with the newest and lightest in eyewear. Shelly is a native of this area and is married to Aaron Hall.

Kim Yarber
Kim is experienced in insurance and can get the answers to any questions regarding your benefits, co-pays or deductibles. She will go through the process of how your insurance provider dealt with the claim filed on your behalf.

Whitney Condley
Whitney is our very capable pre-tester whose job it is to get preliminary information such as medical or ophthalmic changes, autorefraction and eye pressures. Whitney will answer all your questions about contact lenses, including care and handling, wearing schedules and get your contacts in a hurry.
