Dr. Philip H. Clark

Dr. Philip A. Clark was born in Heber Springs, Arkansas and graduated from Sylvan Hills High School. He received his undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and his doctorate in optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He furthered his education with Pennsylvania College of Optometry, after which he received his optometric physician licensure. He enjoys hiking, golf and tennis and is married to Gracie Stokes-Clark.

Gracie is our marketing/media liaison.
Lee Womack
Lee Womack is our office administrator. Her patient relations skills help to ensure that our patients get the best when they come to our clinic. She is our eyewear liaison, LASIK coordinator, manages and trains our staff and can answer any questions or inquiries. She has one daughter, Kaitlyn.
Chrystal Minton
Chrystal is our receptionist, who makes appointments, checks our patients in and answers general questions and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff member and has one daughter, Sadie.
Amy Ford
Amy is an optometric technician, having been trained in the Air Force. She performs all functions required, including pre-testing, refraction, frame selection and dispensing.
Maegan Darter
Maegan is one of our pre-testing techs and contact lens tech.
